Who we are

This website is operated by Corey Leavell II, doing business as Successful Marketing Solutions. Successful Marketing Solutions is Kansas-based, serves businesses throughout the United States, and is available to travel for in-person project work with details agreed in advance. Online collaboration is also an option. SMS does not maintain a public customer-facing office.

Information we collect

Appointments are booked through Square, which handles the details you enter when booking under its own privacy policy. This website no longer accepts consultation request forms. Requests submitted through the former form (name, business name, email address, and optional phone, website or social profile, services of interest, challenge, goal, budget, and preferred contact method) are kept privately for the owner's records.

How we use your information

Your information is used to review your request, prepare recommendations, and contact you about your project. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising profiles.

Storage, email, and providers

This website no longer accepts consultation request forms, and new website request notifications by email are closed. Appointment details are entered and stored in Square when you book there, under Square's own privacy policy. Requests submitted through the former website form remain private historical records used for the owner's follow-up.

Hosting, database, and email delivery providers process this data on our behalf and only to operate this website.

Analytics

This website uses Lovable's built-in, privacy-conscious visitor analytics to measure aggregate traffic and which pages and buttons are used. It records page views and anonymous interaction events only. For our campaign page, we also keep anonymous daily totals of page views and booking-button clicks, labeled only by the button location and any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content). These totals do not include IP addresses, full links, referrers, or any visitor identifier, and the campaign tags are kept in your browser tab only until it closes. It does not collect appointment details — appointment details are entered in Square when you book there — and it does not build advertising profiles.

SMS Content Drop newsletter

If you explicitly sign up for SMS Content Drop, we store your email address, optional first name and business type, newsletter consent time and version, signup source, and subscription status. We use this information to manage your subscription and prepare one weekly email with practical small-business content ideas. Inquiry leads and existing clients are not automatically enrolled.

Weekly newsletter delivery has not started. You can withdraw consent now by emailing contact@thrivewithsms.com; the owner records your opt-out. Before delivery begins, newsletter emails will need a working unsubscribe mechanism. We retain subscription records while needed to manage your consent and honor opt-outs; you can request deletion. Subscriber information and unpublished issue drafts are restricted to authorized owners.

For signup abuse prevention, we temporarily count requests using a hashed network address. We do not use that identifier for advertising or include it in the subscriber list.

YouTube videos

Our video pages include players and thumbnails served by YouTube, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Loading or playing a video may share device and network information with YouTube. See Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

How long we keep it

Consultation requests and related communications may be retained for up to 24 months after the most recent interaction, then securely deleted unless longer retention is required for legal, tax, contractual, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
